FAQs

Generally speaking here are some common problems with other companies in our industry.

Many are small 1 or 2 person businesses and when someone is sick or quits, they have no one else to call. No training, no experience, no education, no money to maintain or buy equipment. They have no other offices or employees to pull resources or ideas from.

How long has your company been in business?

DJ professionals have been performing at all types of events since 1984.

What type of equipment do you use?

Our DJs use only professional quality laptops with high quality MP3’s and sound cards, CD players, amps, speakers, lights and effects, designed exclusively to our strict specifications and standards.

Do you have any backup plans if something goes wrong?

We keep all the client’s information in the planner so the backup DJ can grab all the info they will need from any computer and be on the way to your event.

Will the DJ play requests?

Your DJ is trained to play any special requests by your guests provided they do not conflict with your preferences and disrupt the overall flow and energy of your party.

Can we bring our own music for the DJ to play?

Sure! CD is the best but a MP3 player is good too.
What are your payment terms?

We ask that you send us a small deposit (check or credit card) with your agreed to contract. The balance of your payment is due the day of your event. We accept credit cards, personal checks, and cash.

Will the DJ play overtime if needed?

Generally, the DJ and videographer can stay up to 1 more hour overtime.
