What a fantastic time at the Islander Inn in Emerald Isle NC! Robert and Jenna Glynn were married and had a fantastic time even when tornados came and the lights went out. It was a windy day with the biggest storms approaching in ore than 2 decades! Smartly, Jenna and Robert added side curtains to their beach fron tent for the ceremony service. DJ Patrick Pake provided the ceremony sound system
Following up the service, all went into the main buildings reception room for a marvelous dinner by Phyllis Manning at Class Act Catering. Everyone talked about her signature Cordon Bleau! DJ Patrick “PK” Pake had them singing in their seats and dancing before dinner was even over. The bride and Groom had their first dance on the floor with custom lighting up and glowing the room in aqua blue. Following dances with their parents, the guests packed the floor with Robert and Jenna. Only stopping for toast time and cake cutting as the winds continued to pick up. As the guests were dancing the night away-the power went out for the last hour. They has such a good time the guests stayed for the next hour and a half in the dark with only some emergency lights and danced to their music on their phones!
