As Masters of Ceremony, we will make sure your event runs smoothly and guarantee that everyone is informed and well entertained. We will also work with the coordinators, making sure the guests, and the other vendors know the timing of events.
Your Entertainer will make all requested introductions and announcements. For wedding receptions, this includes the Bridal Party, toast, cake cutting, bouquet and garter toss, special dances and all other traditions. Our online reception planner will help the DJ keep all the events moving smoothly.
DJ Professionals & Video uses 2 types of music in their systems. Professional laptop/MP3 sound systems with the best soundcards and programs. We also have a complete library of CD’s just in case.
All music played during your event is based upon your preference. Prior to your event, you may let us know exactly what songs should and should not be played. Our interactive songlist will let you add your requests right into your planner.
We even have sound systems for ceremonies that are battery powered .They include microphones, CD players, speaker, stands, and music. Wireless lavaliere microphones are also available. These systems are perfect for beach weddings or in locations where electricity is not close enough.
Depending upon the size of your event, DJ Professional can supply enough sound and amplification to entertain 5 to 5000 guests with a variety of speaker sizes.
A small light with 32 colored beams comes standard on every nighttime event. Should you want more, we have several options including intelligent lights, truss sytems 10 feet high and even color wash to completely change the color and feel of the room.
DJ Professionals & Video Karaoke system features over 8000 songs from which to choose. It will include microphones, a TV, Stands, and many songbooks.
For larger and more ambitious parties, MTV videos and various videos can be broadcast onto a 7-foot to 15-foot screen with seamless music and video integration.
